Antigua and Barbuda Passport Regulations

1. Passport Fees:

Renewal after 5 years  child/children

a) Completed application form

b) Processing Fee $40.00 ( standard 6-8 weeks) $80.00 (emergency 7-10 business days)

c) 3 passport sized photographs (Full frontal).

d) Postage and handling charge of $30.00 (Standard) $65.00 (Emergency)

e) Other documents which may be requested by the Consulate

f) Expired Passport

2. 10 Year Passports:

Passports which are 10 years old

a) Completed application form

b) Processing Fee $90.00 (standard 6-8 weeks) $180.00 (emergency 7-10 business days )

c) 3 passport sized photographs (Full Frontal)

d) Expired passport

e) Postage and handling charge of $30.00 (Standard) $65.00 (Emergency)

f) Other documents which may be requested by the Consulate

 

3. Lost/Stolen/Damaged Passports:

a) Completed application form

b) Processing Fee $180.00

c) 3 passport sized photographs(Full Frontal)

d) Original police report

e) Original birth certificate with father’s name. If father’s name does not appear on birth certificate, birth certificate along with baptismal certificate must be produced.   

f) Postage and handling charge of $30.00

g) Other documents which may be requested by the Consulate

please note lost/stolen/damaged takes up to 3 months to process.  Applicants with thin this category cannot apply for an emergency passport      

 

Please note applicants who are applying for a name change and applicants who are applying by decent naturalization or certification are kindly asked to call the office for detailed instructions.

4. Payment of Fees:

Processing fees are payable by money order only; postage and handling charges by cash or money order.

Money order made payable to: Govt of Antigua and Barbuda
Personal checks are not accepted.
